How to start?
First session is in a neutral location so that you can get to know your coach and answer these questions: is coaching as a method of personal and professional development right for you? You will find out how the Coaching process works, tailored to fit your needs. When you decide the next step - we begin the journey into achieving your goals, and discovering what you really want in life, with your own personal coach. After deciding on the best conditions for you to start - on the first coaching session, we will set your goals and will analyze current situation. We will find where you are in life and what you want to change or what you want to have more of in your personal life and/or career.
The orientation session is done over the phone for clients from other cities or countries.
How long does the coaching last?
Your coaching process with your coach lasts a minimum of 3-6 months, sometimes even longer. It depends on the individual needs of the client and on the goals we are working towards.
Language: Sessions are done in English or Polish.
Method: Sessions - The Coaching sessions last a minimum of 60 minutes, 2-4 sessions in a month. In each session, several different sorts of excercises are done on thought, visualization, and we make use of some very effective and good proven tools developed by Agnieszka Przybysz - Professional Coach™. After each session I suggest you work to be done which depends on your situation. You are free to modify it.
In what form? Coaching is done one-on-one. Conversational Coaching or over the phone - the effectiveness is also very high. Look at: success, references i success stories.
We organize also group coaching as workshops or trainings for teams and groups tailored to the company/ organisation or group needs.
