It doesn't matter if you are already, or if you are at the top of a corporations heirarchy, your most important boss is you yourself. But most importantly, what you think of yourself and other people. If you spend the majority of your time at work worrying, and analyzing everything, you will stop thinking positive thoughts and you will start to project negative thoughts and emotions which in turn would provoke negative reactions from others. Keep you thoughts on what you dream of having, not what you don't want. (...)
2 SET A GOAL
If you hear a voice in your head say "I won't be able to do this" immediately throw it out! It will block you, stress you and will not let you go further. Hook yourself onto your goals: what you want, when, who will help you, what you need...Double check that your goal is thorough and precise: "I will make lots of money", this is no a goal but a wish. A goal should be formed and precise: I will get the contract with Business X, I will market my product to company Y, etc. ... Note how much you can earn over a period of time, and double check that you have all the necessary tools. Share the work with others. Look for information need to achieve your plan. (...)

Not a trainer for muscles and weight loss. This is a trainer that gives you other excercises; ones that will help you become motivated, finding your strengths, and becoming organized. A Coach is like a psychologist, teacher. They are very good at motivating people and helping them uncover their true potential. Using psychological knowledge and teaching tools, the Coach helps you make a working plan and sets you interesting homework. If you work at it, you will reach the goal you want. To participate in these sorts of classes, it costs around 390 zł for a place at the workshop. For individual consulting which last around 1 and a half hours, it is approximately 300 zł per person.
