My story
My professional career began at he beginning of the 90s, initially as the number one sales person in Poland in advertising services, employed by an American company, and then as the manager and director of international and Polish companies.
My first mentor was my Father who encouraged me to read positive and motivating books, including titles by Dale Carnegie about communication and Frank Bettger, which helped me in gaining effective sales skills. At the same time, I reached for books by Louise Hay about personal development. This combination of knowledge on self improvement, personal growth and developing professional skills used in practice gave me success in business and very quickly I was promoted to director of well known brands in the market. I am grateful for all the lessons and teachers I have met along the way.
In looking for my life mission and fulfillment, I have found what I love doing the most, which is working with people and helping them to discover their True potential as well as sharing unconditional love and practical experiences. I enjoy encouraging people to find fulfillment in life, happiness, love and inner Harmony.
For 10 years I have been assisting companies and people in different life situations and challenges in personal and professional development.
The first time I heard the word coaching in 2000 in the USA, it was spoken by a friend who owned his own coaching company. He said: "you would be great at coaching." His evaluation was based on my previous experiences in management of teams, advanced knowledge in the field of personal growth and my individual skills and talents.
Since then I have been consciously developing my coaching tools and improving skills to pass my knowledge and personal experiences on to those people who want changes and want to create a richer life in many aspects: personal, professional, financial, interpersonal relations.
One of the very first individuals for whom I performed personal coaching via e-mail and by phone was changing a career profile to that of services and sales. Within a year of establishing his own company, he made his first million dollars. Later my business coaching helped this person in management and coaching his team of workers and co-workers.
In accordance with requests from my coaching clients and friends, I have created my own program of open workshops, training sessions and in company workshops to share the necessary tools in personal and professional growth.
I trust that they bring lasting benefits to every person, who utilize them while consciously working on their development and achieving established goals: wonderful loving relations with other people, the work or company of their dreams or a prospering business in as well as peace of mind and SUCCESS on many levels.
I am proud of all the achievements gained by participants of my workshops and coaching. Very often their bright improvements and successes were beyond my expectations.
I am thankful for those successes because they are living proof that the tools I transfer work for everyone who want to use them for their own benefit and for those in their environment.
