The workshop satisfied my expectations, helped me to discover the real meaning of life, I became familiar with new methods for setting and fulfilling objectives and I answered myself to often asked questions. I could feel Agniszka’s attention, she knew how to help me by suggesting things for which I had been already prepared. She helped me in finding the appropriate expressions. For me, the seminars were brand new |

For me, the seminars were completely new. This was the first time in my life that I had gone to something like this and it had a very deep effect on me. I felt so many different emotions, starting from feeling lost, to anger and then I ended up in tears. I am so pleased that I took advantage of this opportunity.... that finally forced me to go deeper into my thoughts, which had been sleeping for several years. The atmosphere at the seminar was very kind, warm and friendly. There were a whole lot of knowledge transferred and lot of exercises and I felt that I could be myself, without barriers. I liked the whole exercise book and like exercises a lot, activating creativity through colours and drawings. Plenty of information and practical exercises. Directness of the coach favours the good energy of the group and the dynamism of the workshops. She is characterised by deep insight and intuition.
