Agnieszka Przybysz is a very competent person in her chosen field. From the very first meeting, I felt as though she understood and I hardly needed to tell her what was wrong in my life. She, after less then an hour, from reading my body, how I expressed myself and the energy I was giving off knew exactly what was going on. This moved me very much and touched , at the end result 'keep moving forward'. I felt hope, faith and motivation.
The methods she used were highly effective. She gave me excercises to change my negative thoughts for positive ones, and this was a great help and, in my opinion, the most important thing needed to change for the better. You have to start from the inside if you want to attract change on the outside. I also loved the interaction. I have always read spiritual and psychological books so conversations with Agnieszka was nearly always face to face.
Spiritual and Psychology are both a very important element in coaching. Everything else in life is woven in with those two things.
