Coaching with Agnieszka gave me exactly what I needed. Agnieszka has a gift of motivating others and making use of it in my case :) She motivated me to work on myself, see the darker part of my mind, she led me in the right direction where I could find solutions to my problems by myself. It was something I wasn't expecting, I thought she was going to tell me what to do.
Over those few months that we met, my life started to change. All of a sudden I came out of a stagnation. I started to believe that I would be able to do it, that it all depends on me, that I don't need to do anything,.. I simply want to do it. :) It pleases me that I know how it happened, that it does not satisfy me saying that "Everything falls into place on it's own". Agnieszka showed me that I have potential and taught me how to use it on the road to success. This is exactly what I like about coaching, that she doesn't only analyze you but actually teaches you how it all works - this is a more concrete, active and realistic method of finding yourself. I am very pleased that I decided on Coaching with Agnieszka as opposed to therapy with a psychologist :) Kasia (HR - corporation) |
