In 2007, while I was the vice director at the Office for Personnel Matters for the Staff Development as a part of staff development strategy, which includes introducing coaching for the managerial board of the Company, I took action to recognize and compare different types of coaching including my participation in a series of training sessions carried out by Ms Angieszka Przybysz. Coaching with Ms A. Przybysz is professional; she uses the newest developments in this field and techniques for self-development. Ms Agieszka refers to her own experiences and helps clients to understand their situation and experience. She gives the participants a sense of their value. She prepares for new challenges. Making use of the coaching in an appropriate way enables to develop the acquired skills and to use them after finishing the whole process. It gives positive results in a longer period of time.
