During the workshops I described what my new job should be like. I came to a conclusion that now I have such a job. For a long time I was going to write a few words to you. Yesterday evening, by accident, I came across my notes from the workshops on setting goals and I also found a small piece of paper on which, during the workshops, I had written what my new job should be like.
Since January I have been working in a new place and all of a sudden it turns out that it is possible to have normal people in your surroundings and a normal boss, who cares about his employees and their workplace. Professionalism matters, nobody pokes their nose into my private life, nor interrogates me or condemns my lifestyle.
I began to wake up in the mornings with pleasure. The thought of going to work is not an agony any more. I got rid of my stomach complaints. Solving one problem I spotted other ones, sweeping them thoroughly away. So now I am taking another small note and getting down to work.
